BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, hereby reserves unto itself a perpetual easement, <br />right and privilege to install, operate, maintain and replace <br />public utilities, said easement to be the over, under and <br />across the entire area of Lockport Street as hereby closed and <br />vacated. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the City Manager be, and he is <br />hereby authorized to release the easement reserved herein at <br />such time, and upon such terms as he shall deem appropriate, <br />and to execute all and such other deeds and instrumenns as he <br />may deem necessary and appropriate to the development of the <br />surrounding properties. <br /> <br /> Adopted at a meeting of the Council of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia held on November 10, 1997. <br /> <br /> Teste: <br /> <br /> City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
