ORDINANCE NO. 1997-58 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $114,979.00 OF 1997 HOME PROGRAM <br />INCOME FOR HOME PROGRAM ELIGIBLE ACTIVITIES. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That the sum of $114,979.00 be, and the same hereby <br />is, appropriated from 1997 HOME Program income for HOME Program <br />eligible activities, including acquisition, rehabilitation and <br />new construction of housing for low-income homebuyers in the <br />City. <br /> <br /> 2.
