Sec. 2-803. Ex officio member. <br /> <br /> The clean community coordinator or other designee of the <br />Director of Community Quality and Planning Services shall be an <br />ex officio member, without vote, of the commission and shall <br />serve as executive coordinator and assist the commission in the <br />performance of its duties. <br /> <br /> 2.
