line of Randolph Street (also or formerly <br /> known as Roanoke Avenue and Henry Street) <br /> North 87° 15' 41" East a distance of 245.54 <br /> feet to the point of beginning. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, hereby reserves unto itself a perpetual easement, <br />right and privilege to install, operate, maintain and replace <br />sewer mains, sewer drains, sanitary sewers, water mains and <br />storm drains over, under and across all those portions of <br />Randolph Street and Nashville Avenue closed hereby. <br /> <br /> Adopted at a meeting of the Council of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia held on September 9, 1997. <br /> <br /> Teste: <br /> <br /> City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
