A fifty ($50.00) dollar maximum towing fee may be charged for a tow between <br />8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. <br /> <br />A fifty-five ($55.00) dollar maximum towing fee may be charged for a tow <br />between 6:01 p.m. until 7:59 a.m. <br /> <br />A fifty-five ($55.00) dollar maximum towing fee may be charged for a tow on the <br />city holidays listed below: <br /> <br /> New Years Day, 1st day of January <br /> Lee-Jackson-King Day, 3rd Monday in January <br /> Presidents Day, 3rd Monday in February <br /> Memorial Day, Last Monday in May <br /> Independence Day, 4th day of July <br /> <br /> Labor Day, 1st Monday in September <br /> Veterans Day, 11th day of November <br /> Thanksgiving Day, 4th Thursday in November <br /> Christmas Day, 25th day of December <br /> <br /> If a call requires more than one (1) wrecker, the fee per wrecker shall not exceed <br /> the single wrecker fees set out herein. <br /> <br /> An additional twenty ($20.00) dollars may be charged for using tow dollies. <br /> <br /> A storage fee of ten ($10.00) dollars per day may be charged commencing 24 <br /> hours after the tow and any fraction of a day thereafter. <br /> <br /> Additional charges may be assessed for tows involving unusual circumstances and <br /> written on an approved tow bill. Unusual circumstances include, but are not <br /> necessarily limited to: <br /> <br /> Vehicles which have driven completely or partially off a bridge or overpass. <br /> <br /> Vehicles stuck in mud or water. <br /> <br /> Vehicles requiring extrication from a tree, utility pole or other comparable object. <br /> 24 <br /> <br /> <br />
