25 FOOT UN-NAMED ROAD <br /> <br /> All that certain 25 foot road from its intersection with the southern right of way <br />line of Airline Boulevard southerly to its point of termination, said road being located <br />396.34 feet, more or less, easterly from the southeast intersection of Airline Boulevard at <br />Ponderosa Street. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that a perpetual easement is hereby <br />reserved unto the City of Portsmouth in that portion of Ponderosa Street hereby <br />closed and vacated for the installation, operation, maintenance and replacement <br />of utilities owned and operated by the City of Portsmouth and private utilities, <br />which said easement may be closed and vacated by the City Manager as he may <br />in his discretion deem appropriate, and in the best interest of the City of <br />Portsmouth. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the City Manager is hereby authorized <br />to make and execute such deeds of conveyance or other documents as may be <br />necessary and appropriate to give effect to the vacations and closures <br />implemented by this ordinance. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia at a meeting <br />held on November 10, 1998. <br /> <br /> Teste: <br /> <br /> <br /> City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
