ORDlNANCE NO 1998-37 <br /> <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR PUBLIC SCHOOL CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT <br />PROJECTS AND $1,110,476.00 IN THE SCHOOL OPERATING BUDGET. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That the sum of $105,601.00 from the Capital Improvement Fund be, and <br />the same hereby is, appropriated for use by School Board for capital improvements and <br />renovations of school buildings and property. <br /> <br /> 2. That the sum of $1,110,476.00 be, and the same hereby is, appropriated in <br />the School Operating Budget. <br /> <br /> 3.
