<br />The meeting was opened with prayer by Nr. Dillon.

<br />Sixth Avenue, Portsmouth, Virginia, operating the Pritchard Narine Railway, do certify that we have no objection
<br />whatsoever for the property ~o be rezoned~for commercial purposes. This property has been lB commercial use for
<br />many years and it has no value for residential development. In our opinion, it should be rezoned for commercisl

<br />that of my husband whose death occurred on February 4, 1960. This ssa~ement further certifies that I am opposed
