,9O <br /> <br />October 9. 1978 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the developer is aware that the building permits and/or any other required <br />permit will be issued only upon compliance with ordinances or laws applicable thereto. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Ports%outh, Virginia, that <br />a certain group housing project known as ';Southside Garden Apartments" and designated as <br />GHP-?8-2, and more specifically shown on plans submitted by Washington Associates, Architects, <br />Norfolk, Virginia, attached hereto and made a part hereof is hereby granted approval." <br /> <br /> Ayes: Barnes, Gray, Hclley, Oast, Davis <br /> Nays: None <br /> <br /> 78-337 - Motion of Mr. Gray and seconded by Mr. Oast, the report submitted from the <br />Planning Commission on suggested procedures for acting upon "conditional" rezoning a~plication <br />to be received as information, a~d was adgpted by unanimous vote. <br /> <br /> 7~8-338 - Marion to go into an excutive session immediately following the Public Hearing <br />on Zoning Matters Monday, October 9, 1978, for the purpose of discussing the following: <br /> <br />(A) USE OF PUBLIC PROPERTY <br /> <br />(1) Edinburgh Square Parking~Garage <br />~2)(~C~Jdo~k Street and Sewer Improvements <br />(3) Western Freeway Bridge <br />(4) Waterfront <br />(5) James Hurst Elementary School <br />(6) Disposition of City Owned Property <br /> <br />(B) <br /> <br />LEGAL ~TTBRS <br /> <br />(1) Inspection of Trailer Parks <br />(2) Pending Litigation <br /> <br />(C) PERSONNEL <br /> <br /> (1) A Personnel Matter <br />(D) BOARDS AND CO}.¢4ISSIONS. <br /> <br /> (1) Emergency Medical Services <br /> Advisory Board <br /> (2) Mental Health/Mental Retardation <br /> Services Board <br /> (S) PRHX <br /> (4) Retirement Board <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Barnes and seconded by Mr. Oast, that the motion to <br />session immediately following <br /> <br /> go into an executive <br />the P~blic Hearing, was adopted by unanimous vote. <br /> <br />On motion meeting adjourned. <br /> <br />APPROVED - <br /> <br /> Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
