<br /> Harry R. simPson, 4961 Briarwood Lane, spoke regarding the following:

<br /> 2. Person responsible for inspecting installation of monuments - when and by whom.
<br /> 3. Inspection of foundations while wet city's standards.
<br /> 4. What penalties being assigned due to violations.
<br />
<br /> Mr. Simpson requested the ordinance in question to be thrown out, revert to the recom-
<br />mendations in his original letter presented at the meeting of ~.~pt~abg~:12, 1978~'~
<br />
<br /> Motion of Mr. Early and seconded by Mr. Barnes, the matter to be referred back to the
<br />City Manager for a report at the next meeting (October 24, 1978), and was adopted by 6-1
<br />(Nay-H~lley).

<br />The following reports from the City Manager were presented:
<br />
<br /> 78-340 - "Consideration of an ordinance on first reading to appropriate $181,000 from
<br />the Grants Fund for the~balance of the funding required to complete Cradock Stree~g£d
<br />Sewer Improvements, Phase III.,
<br />
<br /> The City has received bids on Phase III of the Local Public Works Program for Cradock
<br />Street and Sewer Improvements. The bids for Phase III brings the total to $2,40S,9S2.
<br />
