Robbins, 83 Wyoming Avenue, representing Central Mid-City Civic League, <br />spoke regarding problems that exist with the City of Portsmouth School Board and it's School <br />Administrators (See'EX~ig~ 78-388). <br /> <br /> 78-389 Marion A. Christian, 800 Liston Lane, representing Portsmouth Education Associ- <br />ation, announced American Education Week to be held the week of November 12, 1978, with a <br />Town Hall meeting to be held Wednesday, November 1Sth at 7;30 p.m. in the T. A. Willett <br />Auditorium, and extended an invitation to City Council. <br /> <br /> 78-390 Mrs. Helen V. Davis, 916 Florida Avenue, representing the Central Civic Forum <br />spoke in support of the oil refinery in POrtsmouth.
