Shelton, Jr., <br /> Managing Partner. <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Barnes and seconded by Mr. Gray, the petition to be deferred to the meeting <br />of January 9, 1979, and the City Attorney to have consultation with the Redevelopment & Housin <br />Authority to present a typical set of conditions that Council would wish to impose, and was <br />adopted by unanimous vote. <br /> <br /> (g) Use Permit UP 78-8 Petition of Harrison's Moving & Storage Co., Inc., by John W. <br /> Mullen, President. <br /> <br /> On motion of Mr. Barnes and seconded by Mr. Gray, ~o concur in the recommendation of the <br />Planning Commission, UP ?8-8 was approved on first reading, and by unanimous vote. <br /> (i) PROPOSAL BY THE DIRECTOR OF CITY PLANNING TO AMEND THE TEXT OF THE ZONING <br /> ORDINANCE WITH RESPECT TO CERTAIN ZERO LOT LINE SUBDIVISIONS AND TWO-FAMILY <br /> <br /> DWELLINGS IN RESIDENTIAL R-75-S ZONING DISTRICTS. <br /> <br /> Section 40-77.
