April 23, 1979 <br /> <br /> Don Comer, Sr., 4627 Ri~ershore Road, presented photos of the area in question and spoke <br />regarding changes that have taken place in the past seven years; none of the changes have help&d <br />and plan had been down-graded; requested denial of the proffer. <br /> <br /> Robert W. Wentz, Jr., 4730 Rivershore Road, spoke against the petition stating that the <br />Planning Commission had not made a recommendation, and referring to the burrow pit in the area <br />as being hazardous; asking who was responsible now for the burrow pit and who is responsible <br />in the future; requested petition be denied. <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Early, and seconded by Mr. Barnes, that the five (S) lots on Rivershore <br />Road to remain R-150, and the remaining lots inside, 192,193,194,195, 210,212,215, to remain <br />R-75-S-K(which would mean they would remain as duplex-sites), as recommended by the Planning <br />Commission, and the motion was lost, and by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes: Barnes, Early <br />Nays: Gray, Holley <br />Abstaining: Oast <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Barnes and seconded by Mr. <br />postponed until the entire Council is present <br />vote: <br /> <br />Gray, that Z 79-6 to be reconsidered and be <br />(May 8, 1979), and was adopted by the following <br /> <br />Ayes: Barnes, <br />Nays: Hotley <br />Abstaining: Oast <br /> <br />Early, Gray <br /> <br /> (e) Zoning Petition Z 79-7 - Petition of the City Planning Commission, by J.
