Au,qust 24, 1999 <br /> <br /> (f) The structure shall be inspected annually as required by the City <br />Fire Prevention Bureau, Public Health Department and Building Official, and the <br />applicant shall promptly correct such deficiencies as may be noted. <br /> <br /> (g) The applicant shall obtain a commercial re-inspection for the <br />facility by the City's Fire Prevention Bureau, Public Health Department and <br />Building Official. <br /> <br /> (h) The applicant shall be responsible for the all costs of upgrading <br />utilities for the project. <br /> <br /> (i) The applicant shall comply with all applicable codes, <br />ordinances, and regulations of federal, state, and local governments and shall <br />obtain and maintain in effect all necessary licenses and permits. <br /> <br /> (j) All taxes, owed on or in connection with the property and any <br />operations thereon shall be paid when due. <br /> <br /> REVOCATION OF PERMIT: Violation of any of the above conditions may <br />serve as grounds for revocation of the use permit by the City Council." <br /> <br />Ayes: Benn, Griffin, Moody, Pitts, Robinett, Whitehurst, Holley <br />Nays: None <br /> <br />- City Manager's Report - <br /> <br />99 - 195 - Adoption of a motion approving the Department of Behavioral Healthcare <br />Services (BHS) Fiscal Year 2000 Performance Contract with the State. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />· Adoption of a motion approving the Department of Behavioral Healthcare Services <br />(BHS) annual performance contract with the State. <br /> <br />Purpose and Need: <br /> <br />· The State Code requires that the performance contract be approved by September <br />15th of each year. <br /> <br />· The Department's budget is approved annually by Council as part of the regular City <br />budget process. The performance contract displays this budget in the required State <br />format. <br /> <br />· The performance contract also projects the service levels and number of consumers <br />to be served, and specifies the contractual obligations of both the State and BHS. <br /> <br />Financial Impact: <br /> <br />· The performance contract must be approved for the City to receive State-controlled <br />funds. <br /> <br /> Motion by Mr. Pitts, and seconded by Mr. Whitehurst, to approve the Department <br />of Behavioral Healthcare Services (BHS) Fiscal Year 2000 Performance Contract with <br />the State, and was adopted by the following: <br /> <br />Ayes: Benn, Griffin, Moody, Pitts, Robinett, Whitehurst, Holley <br />Nays: None <br /> <br />- New Business - <br /> <br />99 - 196 - Boards and Commissions <br /> <br />No items were submitted <br /> <br /> <br />
