Oast, Jr. <br /> <br />79-158 - The following call for the meeting was read: <br /> <br /> '!Please attend a called meeting of the City Council to be held in the Council Chamber, <br />at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 8, 1979, to consider a motion to hold an executive session for <br />the purpose of discussing the following: <br /> <br />(A) <br /> <br />USE OF PUBLIC PROPERTY <br /> <br />(1) Waterfront Development <br />(2) Proposed Purchase of Property <br /> in Southside <br />(3) Proposed Improvements - Fort Lane/ <br /> Crawford Parkway <br />(4) Coast Guard Base <br /> <br />(B) 'LEGAL MATTERS <br /> <br />(1) Water Contract <br /> <br />(C) PERSONNEL <br /> <br />(1) A Personnel Matter <br /> <br />(D) BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS <br /> <br />(1) Board of Adjustments & Appeals <br />(2) Housing Board of Adjustments & <br /> Appeals <br />(3) Law Library Board <br />(4) Mental Health/Mental Retardation <br /> Services Board <br /> <br />By order of the Mayor." <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Barnes and seconded by Mr. Early, the call for the executive session to <br />be amended to include under (A) USE OF PUBLIC PROPERTY (5) Proposed Improvements Pinners <br />Point Treatment Plant, and was adopted as amended, and by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes: Barnes, Early, Gray, Davis <br />Nays: None <br /> <br />On motion meeting adjourned. <br /> <br />APPROVED - <br /> <br /> Mayor <br /> <br />* Councilmen Elliott, Holley, and Oast were present for the conference. <br /> <br /> <br />
