Sayage, <br /> Minister. <br /> <br />John R. Savage, Minister, 1000 Basie Crescent, spoke for th.e petition. <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Oast and seconded by Mr. Beamer, to concur in the recommendation of the <br />Planning Commission, subject to the public improvement requirements by the City Code, and <br />UP Y9~10 to be approved on first reading, and was adopte~ by unanimous vote. <br /> <br />(e) Zoning Petition Z 79-14 - Application by the Planning Commission by Director <br /> J. Brewer Moore. <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Early and seconded by Mr. Gray, to concur in the recommendations of the <br />Planning Commission, subject to the elimination o£ the school, and comments from the School <br />Board Administration to be presented at a later date, the following ordinance was approved <br />on first reading, and by unanimous vote: <br /> <br />"ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z 79-14" <br /> <br />(f) PHD 79-1 - TRUXTUN HISTORIC DISTRIET 1918 (Section 40-93) <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Early and seconded by Mr. Barnes, that PHD 79-1 to be approved on first <br />reading, designating Truxtun as a Historic District, and was adopted by unanimous vo~e. <br /> <br />(g) PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE ZONING ORDINANCE RECOMMENDED BY THE CITY PLANNING <br /> COMMISSION AND COMMISSICNOF ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW.CSections 40-96 ~ 40-102) <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Gray and seconded by Mr. Barnes, <br />Planning Commission, the amendment to the ordinance <br />unanimous vote. <br /> <br />to concur in the recommendation of the <br />to be approved on first reading, and by <br /> <br /> (h) CP-79-1 TRUXTUK NEIGHBORHOOD PLAN - A forty page published document issued ~y <br />the Office of City Planning.
