Douglas Parker, President, Cypress Cove Villas Association, questioned the <br />proposed use of the Beazley tract as Industrial. He expressed concern over destroying <br />beautiful Waterfront and the view from the Hatton Point section of the City. <br /> <br />the <br /> <br /> Mr. R. S. Baldwin, 620 May Avenue, Norfolk, Virginia, expressed concern over the Compre- <br />hensive Plan with regard to the Churchland area and opposed the £act that the Southampton <br />PUD was not included in the Comp plan. <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Barnes to defer the plan following a 6:00 p.m. February 12, 1980 staff <br />briefing, along with plans for the Seaboard Coast Line Right-of-way, to the February 26, <br />1980 regular meeting.
