<br /> Dr. Carl Root, Director of Public Health, presented a general run-down on the Lead Base
<br />Paint Poisoning Prevention Program and responded to questions asked.
<br />
<br /> Motion of Mr. Gray and seconded by Mr. Barnes, that authorization be granted to transfer
<br />$128,900, as requested, and was adopted by unanimous vote.
