<br />At a regular meeting of the City Council held on September 23, 1980, there were present:

<br />Gloria O. Webb, Morton V. Whitlow, Robert T. Williams, City Manager,
<br />Steven Lieberman, City Attorney.

<br />Motion of Mr. Beamer and seconded by Mrs. Webb, minutes of the called meeting of
<br />September 9, 1980; minutes of the regular meeting of September 9, 1980, to be approved as
<br />received, and was adopted by unanimous vote.

<br />September 9, 1980, was taken up and read:

<br />RENOVATION OF TENNIS COURTS AND PURCHASE OF PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT."
