<br />gerber with the temporary right and easement to use the additional areas shown as
<br />being required for the proper construction of the work to be done, and containing
<br />5.446 acres, more or less, land, and shown in orange on the said plans. Said
<br />temporary easement will terminate upon completion of the aforesaid project.

<br />CONSIDERATION: $438,936.00 in full for land, permanent easement, piers and
<br />bulkheadings, temporary easement, buildings D-3, D-4, D-5, D-6, D-7 and D-8,
<br />chain link fencing, scattered gravel, one ten ton crane, all improvemeats there-
<br />on and any and all damages.
