Beamer, Sr., J. Robert Gray, Edward L. Oast, Jr., <br />Gloria O. Webb, Morton V. Whitlow, Robert T. WillS&ms, City Manager, <br />Steven Lieberman, City Attorney. <br /> <br />Absent: Jack P. Barnes <br /> <br />80-437 - The following call for the meeting was read: <br /> <br /> "Please attend a called meeting of the City Council to be held in the Council Chamber, <br /> 6th floor of City Hall, 801 Crawford Street, at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, December 8, 1980, <br />~to consider a mOtlon to hold an execUtive session for the purpose of discussing the following: <br /> <br />(A) USE OF PUBLIC PROPERTY <br /> <br />(1) Proposed Public Improvements <br />(2) Proposed Acquisition and Sale of Property <br />(3) Industrial Development <br />(4) Waterfront Development <br /> <br />(B) LEGAL MATTERS <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />(1) Legal Consultation, Briefing & Discussion <br />PERSONNEL <br /> <br />(1) A Personnel Matter <br /> <br />(D) BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS <br /> <br /> (1) Board of Architectural Review <br /> (2) Board of Examination of Plumbers <br /> (3) Community Services Board <br /> (4) Industrial Development Authority <br /> (5) Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court <br /> Advisory Council <br /> (6) Mosquito Control Commission <br /> (7) Museum& Fine Arts Commission <br /> (8) Planning Commission <br /> (9) Port & Industrial Commission <br />(10) Transportation Safety Commission <br /> <br />J~'Byrordeti~of the Mayor." <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Oast and seconded by Mr. Beamer, the call for the executive session to be <br />amended to include Under (D) BOARD AND E©MM~SSIONS (11) Cable Television Commission, and was <br />adopted as amended, and by foll6~ing Vote: <br /> <br />Ayes: Beamer, Gray, Oast, Webb, WhitlOw, Johansen <br />Nays: None <br /> <br />On motion meeting adjourned. <br /> <br />APPROVED - <br /> <br />~ity 2rk~~/ <br /> <br /> <br />
