Barnes <br /> <br />81-60 - The following call for the meeting was read: <br /> <br /> "Please attend a called meeting of the City Council to be held in the Council Chamber, 6 <br />floor Of City Hall, 801 Crawford Street, at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 24, 1981, to con- <br />sider a motion to go into an executive session for the purpose of discussing the following: <br /> <br />(A) USE OF PUBLIC PROPERTY <br /> <br />(1) Proposed Public Improvements <br />(2) Proposed Acquisition and Sale of Property <br />(3) Industrial Development <br />(4) Waterfront Development <br /> <br />(B) LEGAL MATTERS <br /> <br />(1) Contracts <br />(2) Litigation <br />(3) Legal Opinion <br /> <br />(C) PERSONNEL <br /> <br />(1) A Personnel Matter <br /> <br />(D) BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS <br /> <br />(1) Board of Architectural Review <br />(2) Board of Electrical Examiners <br />(3) Citizens Advisory Committee <br />(4) Manpower Development & <br /> Employment Commission <br />(5) Mosquito Control Commission <br />(6) Transportation Safety Commission <br /> <br />By order of the Mayor." <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Gray and seconded by Mr. Beamer, the call for the executive session be <br />adopted. <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Oast and seconded by. Mr. Gray, the call to be amended to include under <br />(B) LEGAL MATTERS (4) Council Procedures, and the call for the executive was adopted, as <br />amended, and by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes: Beamer, Gray, Oast, Webb, Whitlow, Johansen <br />Nays: None <br /> <br />On motion meeting adjouzned. <br /> <br />APPROVED - <br /> <br /> <br />
