Viewers <br />were appointed pursuant to State law. A copy of their report and a plat showing the portion <br />to be closed is attached for your information. The City Manager recommends adoption." <br /> <br /> On motion of Mr. Gray-and seconded by Mrs. W~bb, the following ordinance was adopted on <br />first and final reading, and by the following vo%e: <br /> <br />"AN ORDINANCE CLOSING A PORTION OF THORNE AVENUE." <br /> <br />Ayes: Barnes, Beamer, Gray, Oast, Webb, Whitlow, Johansen <br />Nays: None <br /> <br />81-103 "Consideration of an ordinance closing a cul-de-sac on River Shore Road. <br /> <br /> Application has been made to close a portion of a vacated right-of-way on River Shore <br />Road. Viewers were appointed pursuant to State law. A copy of their report and a plat showin <br />the portion to be closed is attached for your information.
