<br /> 81-139 Motion of Mr'. Whitlow and seconded by Mr. Gray, that the Council endorse the
<br />Job Training Program for youth in concept and request the City Manager and staff to work
<br />toward implementation of this program in coordination with the Chamber of Commerce, CETA~Men-
<br />power Office, and our local business community.

<br />system that rotates the monies spent and gives each community a percentage of capital improve-
<br />ment money at least every 3 or 4 years, and then ask the communities what their priorities
<br />are for how the money is spent; to resolve to PRHA that they drop ~ny further legal action
<br />· n the housing case, if they refuse, then ask for the resignations of the Commissioners of
<br />PRHA, and appoint citizens who will listen ~o what is wanted done in our city.
