Woodell, 128 Channing Aven~e, request that Ordinance No. 1975-184, <br />Sec. 21-173 be revoked and replaced with a new ordinance of regulation. <br /> <br /> 81-145 Mayor Johansen announced the citizens who had been appointed to serve on the <br />Task Force Committee for Old Seaboard Building, as follows: <br /> <br /> Elizabeth Ann Stokes, Glenn Yates, Jr., John Paul Hanbury, Calvin Smith, and <br />Larry M.
