Quitclaim Deed on property formerly conveyed by the City of Portsmouth to Carlee Realty
CorForation ~Portland Street and Broad Street).

In 1959, the City conveyed 3.418 acres of land located at the southwest corner of
Portland Street and Broad Street to Carlee Realty Corporation. That property is now being
purchased and a survey for the description has determined that the 1959 deed from the City
was zncorrect in the description of the western boundary of the property. This problem can
best be corrected by the City now giving the new owner a Quitclaim Deed with the correct
boundary desdription. The City Manager recommends adoption."
