<br />agreement as stated in the (copies distributed to Council) letter from Mr. Smith, dated
<br />August 6, 1981, and stated that if the agreement is not kept Olde Towne Civic League will be
<br />back before Council for assistance that it is kept; and cautiously asked that the petition

<br />on land zoned Commercial C-I, be denied, and was adopted by the following vote:
