This item was not included in the <br />1981-82 Annual Budget and is estimated to cost approximately $30,000. The City Manager recom- <br />mends that $30,000 be transferred from the Contingencies Account to the Circuit Court <br />purpose." for thi <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Barnes and seconded by Mr. Gray, that authorization be granted to transfer <br />$30,000 to the Court for Court Appointed Attorney fees, as requested and was adopted by <br />unanimous vote.
