<br />and a copy of the plat showing the portion of Harbor Court to be closed is attaahed for
<br />your information. The City Manager recommends adoption."

<br /> The ordinance amends that portio~n of the City Code pertaining to motor vehicle license
<br />fees for taxicabs and trailers designed for passenger use; and, trucks and trailers, in
<br />order to bring the amount of the tax being charged into compliance with the State Code.
<br />The ordinance will take effect on January 1, 1982 and be applied to the 1982 calendar year.
<br />The City Manager recommends adoption."

<br />BY AMENDING SECTIONS 23-470(d) AND (f), 23-474, AND 23-476 THEREOF PERTAINING
<br />TO CERTAIN MOTOR VEHICLE LICENSE FEES."

<br /> 81-410 "Consideration of a resolution approving, ratifying and confirming the
<br />issuance and sale of $8,950,000 principal and amount of General Obligation Bond Anticipation
<br />Notes for the purpose of paying the cost 6f various public improvement projects.
<br />
<br /> The bond authorization resolution requires City Council to ratify the issuance of
<br />Bond Anticipation Notes. $5,950,000 in Bond Anticipation Notes have been issued and are
<br />outstanding. This amount reflects $2,280,000 in new issues sinae the last ratification,
<br />July 14, 1981. Details of each note with respect to the principal amount, purpose, original
<br />issue and renewal dates and the respective interest rates are included in the resolution.
<br />The City Manager recommends adoption."

<br />RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING THE ISSUANCE AND SALE OF $S,980,0OO PRINCIPAL AMOUNT
<br />OF GENERAL OBLIGATION BOND ANTICIPATION NOTES OF SUCH CITY FOR THE PURPOSE
<br />OF PAYING THE COST OF VARIOUS PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS IN ANTICIPATION
<br />OF THE ISSUANCE AND RECEIPT OF THE PROCEEDS OF SALE OF GENERAL OBLIGATION
<br />BONDS OF SUCH CITY FOR SUCH PURPOSES AND APPROVING, RATIFYING AND CONFIPdV[ING
<br />THE FORM AND OTHER DETAILS OF SUCH NOTES.
