JanuarY 11, 2000 <br /> <br />> Councilman Moody recognized Anne Davis and new Chairman of the Chamber of <br /> Commerce - Por[smouth Division Joe Donnelly in attending council meetings. <br /> <br />00 - 15 - Non-Agenda Speakers <br /> <br /> 1. Raleigh G. Harsley, 2124 Peach Street, spoke on problems in his community. <br /> <br />2. Melody Repanshek, 54 Channing Avenue, President, Cradock Civic League, spok( <br /> on Cradock's revitalization. <br /> <br />3. Mark Geduldig-Yatrofsky, 363 Middle Street, announced that he will not be <br /> attending any City Council meeting for the next few months and that he will be <br /> running for City Council. <br /> <br />4. Russell R. Cummings, 35 Frailey Place, spoke on lack of enforcement of ordinances <br /> and zoning laws. <br /> <br />5, David Watts, 140 Anchor Street, spoke on P-1 zoning for a park adjacent to his <br /> home. <br /> <br />6. Carolyn W.
