March 23, 1982 <br /> <br /> Councilman Gray requested that the Committee for Council Procedures be furnished a copy <br />of the report for their consideration. <br /> <br /> Councilman Barnes stated, as previously advised~the_ci~izenm, that any other recommenda- <br />tions on Council Procedures be submitted to the Committeeprior to March 31, 1982 would be <br />reviewed, and a report back, through the Council, to citizens on the changes recommended. <br /> <br /> 82-118 - Motion of Mr. Whitlow and seconded by Mr. Barnes, to go into an executive sessio <br />for the purpose of discussing the following, and was adopted by unanimous vote: <br /> <br />(A) USE OF PUBLIC PROPERTY <br /> <br />(1) Acquisition, Sale and Use <br />(2) Waterfront Development <br />(3) Industrial Development <br /> <br />of Property <br /> <br />(B) LEGAL MATTERS <br /> <br />(1) Litigation <br />(2) Contracts <br />(3) Legal Opinion <br /> <br />(C) PERSONNEL <br /> <br />(1) A Personnel Matter <br /> <br />(D) BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS <br /> <br />(1) Commission of Architectural Review <br />(2) Eastern Virginia Medical Authority <br />(3) Health Systems Agency- Consumer Category <br />(4) Parks & Recreation Commission <br /> <br />On motion meeting adjourned. <br /> <br />AP P ROVE D ~ <br /> <br />City Clerkv C~/c~/ <br /> <br /> <br />
