Levy, term of one year; R. Laurence Howes, term <br />two years; Will M. Quinn, Jr., term two years; John F. Bailey, term three years; John V. Tuttle, <br />term three years; J. Michael Sasser, term one year. <br /> <br />Portsmouth Manpower Commission <br /> <br /> Ms. Susan Peters gnd Mr. Richard Powell for a term of three years expiring on June 1, 1985. <br />Dr. James Sears and Ms. Louise Lucas to fill unexpired terms ending on June 1, 1983. <br /> <br />Parks & Recreation <br /> <br />Frank Stafford and Mrs. Dale C. Shaw for a term of three years, term ending on July 1, 198 <br /> <br />Planning Commission <br /> <br />J.
