Mr. Orton responded <br />with a brief update. <br /> <br /> 82-415 - Mr. Whitlow commended all involved in the new City Christmas decor. He also, commen~ <br />Mr. Cherry for his work 6n the bonds4.and the citizens for their overwhelming support of the <br />Bond Referendum.
