<br /> Motion of Mrs. Webb and seconded by Mr. Gray, to concur in the recommendation of the
<br />Planning Commission, the following ordinance to rezone 1.82 acre parcel of land on the south
<br />side of Crawford Parkway 117~ east f~m its intersection with Court Street, from R-50-A to
<br />Historic Residential HR, was approved on first reading by unanimous vote:

<br /> Motion of Mr. Gray and seconded by Mr. Beamer, to concur in the recommendation of the
<br />Planning Commission to approve UP 83-1 to provide for five (5) elderly people in her home at
<br />103 Harris Road, and was a~p~6¥~d~n~fi~§~ea~i~.by unanimous vote.

<br /> 83-46 - Motion of Mr. Beamer and seconded by Mr. Gray, to go into an executive session
<br />discuss the following, and was adopted by ~nanimous vote:

<br />(1) Use, Sale or Acquisition of Public Property;
<br />(2) Consultation and briefing on Legal Matters including
<br /> Contracts and Litigation;
<br />(3) A Personnel Matter;
<br />(4) Boards and Commissions.
