Smith, 5818 Churchland Boulevard, representing Crawford Bay Development Co~p. & <br />Olde Towne Land Trust, ~O~k6 regarding the petition and requested approval of the zoning chan <br />from Residential R-60-A to Historical Residential HR. <br /> <br /> Motion of Mrs. Webb and seconded by Mr. Gray, to concur in the recommendation of the <br />Planning Commission, the following ordinance to rezone 1.82 acre parcel of land on the south <br />side of Crawford Parkway 117~ east f~m its intersection with Court Street, from R-50-A to <br />Historic Residential HR, was approved on first reading by unanimous vote: <br /> <br />"ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z 83-1" <br /> <br />(b) Use Permit UP 83-1-- Petition of Carin Fabricius, Owner. <br /> <br /> Mrs. Ruth W. Buck, lll Yorkshire Road, representing Rev. Emory E.
