Robert Gray, <br />Morton V. Whitlow, George L. Hanbury, City ~anager, <br /> <br />called meeting of the Portsmou~th City Council held on Tuesday, March 8~ 1983, there <br /> <br /> James W. Holley, III, <br /> Steven Lieberman, <br /> <br /> 83-85 - The following call for the meeting was read: <br /> "Please attend a called meeting of the City Council to be held in the Council Chamber, <br />6th Floor of City Hall, 801 Crawford Street, at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 8, 1983, for the <br />purpose of considering a motion to go into an executive session to discuss the following: <br /> <br /> (1) Use, Sale or Acquisition of Public Property; <br /> (2) Consultation and briefing on Legal Matters including <br /> Contracts and Litigation; <br /> (3) A Personnel Matter; <br /> (4) Boards and Commissions. <br /> <br />conduct a public work session commencing at 7:00 p.m. <br /> <br />The Council will <br /> <br /> By order of the Mayor." <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Gray and seconded by <br />adopted by unanimous vote. <br /> <br />Mrs. Webb, to go <br /> <br />into an executive session, was <br /> <br />On motion meeting adjourned. <br />APPROVED <br /> <br /> ~Ma~o~r~ <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
