258 <br /> <br />March 22~ 1985 <br /> <br /> At a called meeting of the Portsmouth City Council held on Tuesday, March 22, 1983, there <br />were present: <br /> <br /> J. E. Johansen, Jack P. Barnes, Ben A. Beamer, Sr., J. Robert Gray, James W. Holley, <br /> III, Gloria O. Webb, ~orton V. Whitlow, George L, Hanbury, City Manager, Steven <br /> Lieberman, City Attorney. <br /> <br />83-95 - The following call for the meeting was read: <br /> <br /> "Please attend a called meeting of the City Council to be held in the Council Chamber, <br />6th Floor of City Hall, 801 Crawford Street, at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 22, 1983, for the <br />purpose of considering a motion to go into an executive session to discuss the following: <br /> <br />(1) Use, Sale or Acquisition of Public Property; <br />(2) Consultation and briefing on Legal Matters including <br /> Contracts and Litigation; <br />(3) A Personnel Matter; <br />(4) Boards and Commissions. <br /> <br /> By order of the Mayor." <br /> <br /> Motion of Mrs. Webb and seconded by Mr. <br />by unanimous vote. <br /> <br />Gray, to go into an <br /> <br />executive session, was adoptc <br /> <br />On Motion meeting adjourned. <br /> <br />APPROVED _~7~ <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
