' <br /> <br /> "As part of the current improvements to the Pinners Point Sewage Treatment Plant, the City <br />has recently received bids for modifications to nine secondary pumping stations. The majority <br />of the work on the station is required to meet state and code requirments. <br /> <br /> The low bidder, out of seven firms submitting proposals, was T. A.
