292 <br /> <br />May 10, 1983 <br /> <br />At a called meeting of the City Council held on Tuesday, May 10, 1983, there were present <br /> <br />J. B. Johansen, Jack P. Barnes, Ben A. Beamer, Sr., J. Robert Gray, James W. Holley, <br />III, Gloria O. Webb, Morton V. Whitlow, George L. Hanbury, City Manager; Steven <br />Lieberman, City Attorney. <br /> <br />83-166 - The following call for the meeting was read: <br /> <br /> ,,Pleasle attend a called meeting of the City Council to be held in the Council Chamber, <br />6th floor of City Hall, 801 Crawford Street, at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 10, 1983, for the <br />purpose of considering a motion to go into an executive session to disucss the following: <br /> <br />(1) Use, Sale, or Acquisition of Public Property; <br />(2) Consultation and Briefing on Legal Matters <br /> including Contracts and Litigation; <br />(3) A Personnel Matter; <br />(4) Boards and Commissions. <br /> <br /> By order of the Mayor. <br /> <br /> Motion'of Mrs. Webb and seconded by Mr. Gray, to go inot an executive session, <br />by the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes: Barnes, Beamer, Gray, Holley, WEDS, Whitlow, Johansen <br /> Nays: None <br /> <br />was adopte <br /> <br />On motion meeting adjourned. <br />APPROVED -~ <br /> <br /> <br />
