February 8, 2000 <br /> <br /> (c) The facility shall be developed in accordance with the submitted <br />site plan (Exhibit A), which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> <br /> (d) The facility shall submit to all required state and local inspections <br />and shall correct any deficiencies noted. <br /> <br /> (e) The applicant shall comply with all applicable codes, ordinances, <br />and regulations of federal, state and local governments and shall obtain and maintain in <br />effect all necessary licenses and permits. <br /> <br /> (f) All taxes and fees relating to the property or the proposed operation <br />shall be paid when due. <br /> <br /> 4. REVOCATION OF PERMIT: Violation of any of the above conditions may <br />serve as grounds for revocation of the use permit by the City Council." <br /> <br />00-04(b): <br /> <br />"ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-00-01." <br /> <br />Ayes: Benn, Griffin, Moody, Pitts, Robinett, Whitehurst, Holley <br />Nays: None <br /> <br />- Other Unfinished Business - <br /> <br />00 -30 - Public Hearing on a use permit: <br /> <br />(b) UP-99-16 <br /> <br />HODGES MANOR NEIGHBORHOOD - Girls Inc., requests a use <br />permit to expand the youth/child care center at 5905 Portsmouth <br />Boulevard, deferred from the November 23, 1999 City Council <br />Meeting. <br /> <br /> Motion by Mr. Moody, and seconded by Mr. Pitts, to concur with the <br />recommendation of the Planning Commission that UP-99-16 be approved on first <br />reading, and was adopted by unanimous vote. <br /> <br />- City Manager's Report - <br /> <br />00 - 31 - Adoption of an ordinance to appropriate $2,088,00 in the Capital Improvement <br />Fund for completion for completion of the Congestion, Mitigation and Air Quality <br />(CMAQ) Improvement Program Phase II - Traffic Signal Program which includes new <br />traffic control signalization at 19 intersections in the City. <br /> <br />The total anticipated project cost will be reimbursed by the CMAQ Grant. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />· Adoption of an ordinance to appropriate $2,088,000 in the Capital Improvement <br />Fund for completion of the Congestion, Mitigation and Air Quality (CMAQ) Improvement <br />Program Phase II- Traffic Signal Program. <br /> <br />Purpose and Need: <br /> <br />· To award the second phase of a CMAQ grant which includes new traffic control <br />signalization at 19 intersections (see Attachment No. 1 ). <br /> <br />· Bids were received on November 10, 1999 for completion of this project (see <br />Attachment No. 2). <br /> <br />· Project time is estimated to be 365 days. <br /> <br />Financial Impact: <br /> <br />· The total anticipated project cost will be reimbursed by the CMAQ Grant for this <br />project as outlined on Attachment No. 3. <br /> <br /> <br />
