<br />"A RESOLUTION GRANTING A USE PERMIT TO ROSSO AND MASTRACCO, INC. TO OPERATE A TINEE
<br />GIANT CONVENIENCE STORE AND GASOLINE ISLAND AT 4716-18 PORTSMOUTH BOULEVARD.

<br />WHEREAS, C. Richard Griffith, Agent, Ednina
<br />
<br /> Realty Corporation for Rosso and Mastracco,
<br />Inc. has made application pursuant to §40-70(b) of the Code of the City of Portsmouth,
<br />Virginia, 1973, for the granting of a use permit as here~inafter-describqd; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, the applicant and the Planning Director have done all things required to be
<br />done in connection with said application; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended the granting of said use permit.

<br /> 2. Rosso and Mastracco, Inc, is hereby granted a use permit pursuant to [40-70(b) of
<br />the Code of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, to operate a convenience store and gasoline
<br />island at 4716-18 Portsmouth Boulevard, such property being more particularly described as
<br />Tax Plate 435, Parcel 21, such site consisting of 11,326 square feet (UP-8S-12).

<br />3. This use permit is approved subject to the following conditions:
<br />
<br /> (a) Screening as required by ~40-44 of the City Code must be'providDd. 'The
<br />screening plan must be submitted to the Planning Office of the City of Portsmouth -fo'r approval
<br />prior to the issuance of a building permit.
<br />
<br /> (b) Dumpster location and screening must be approved by the Department of Public
<br />Works prior to installation approval.
<br />
