<br />to Wheels, Inc., for Personal Property Taxes erroneously paid in 1982.
<br />
<br /> "The Commissioner of the Revenue is requesting a refund for Personal Property Taxes in
<br />the amount of ~111.20 to Wheels, Inc., 6200 North Western Avenue, Chicago, Illinois, 60659.
<br />
<br /> This tax was erroneously collected for 1982 for a 1978 Ford when, in fact, this company
<br />did not own the vehicle in question during that year, as it was sold in Decem~r 1981.
<br />
<br />It is hereby requested that Coundil adopt this motion."

<br />whatever actions, under the laws and ordinances of said city, as may be necessary, to bring t]

<br />Manager for investigation, and was adopted by unanimous, vote.

<br /> 83-387 - Councilman Holley stated that Chandler Harper had recently participated in the
<br />United Virginia Bank PGA Senior Tornament in Richmond, and asked that an appropriate resol~
<br />be presented to him, not only as an outstanding national golfer, but for being recognized as
<br />one of the two senior professional golfers who represented Virginia.
