<br />Cavalier Manor, Inc., spoke in support of the CIP and expressed his appreciation to Council
<br />that drainage had been included in the Program for his area.

<br />like to correct this by changing the minimum front set-back line of 28 feet to 30 feet to con-
<br />form ~o the code of R-150 zoning."
<br />
<br /> Motion of Mr. Gray and seconded by Mrs. Webb, to amend the ordinance changing the setrback
<br />line to 30.£eet, as requested, and was adopted by unanimous vote.
