Wayland, Carney Farm Developers, was received: <br /> <br /> "This letter is concerning Item "D" on our letter of Proffer on Carney Farm. We would <br />like to correct this by changing the minimum front set-back line of 28 feet to 30 feet to con- <br />form ~o the code of R-150 zoning." <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Gray and seconded by Mrs. Webb, to amend the ordinance changing the setrback <br />line to 30.£eet, as requested, and was adopted by unanimous vote. <br /> <br />On motion the following ordinance, as amended, was adopted by the following vote: <br />"ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z 83-19" <br /> <br />Ayes: Barnes, Gray, Webb, Whitlow, Johansen <br />Nays: None <br /> <br /> <br />
