<br />of his concern for a field for the area children. The City Manager ~,asked Mr. Bob Creecy to
<br />talk with Mr. Henley during the meeting and explain the program to him as ~. ~e~dtn~.h~o~ had a
<br />chance to review it.

<br /> James E. Bridgeford, 1220 Jamal Lane West, representing the United Civic League of
<br />Cavalier Manor, Inc., spoke in support of the CIP and expressed his appreciation to Council
<br />that drainage had been included in the Program for his area.

<br />and proposed code amendment:

<br />The following letter from James W. Wayland, Carney Farm Developers, was received:

<br /> "This letter is concerning Item "D" on our letter of Proffer on Carney Farm. We would
<br />like to correct this by changing the minimum front set-back line of 28 feet to 30 feet to con-
<br />form ~o the code of R-150 zoning."
<br />
<br /> Motion of Mr. Gray and seconded by Mrs. Webb, to amend the ordinance changing the setrback
<br />line to 30.£eet, as requested, and was adopted by unanimous vote.
