<br />(i) CA 83-16 - A proposal to amend Section 40-48(3) pertaining to construction require-
<br /> ments for improvements of parking lots.

<br /> William Dorow, 3415 County Street, spoke in opposition to the ordinance as he was con-
<br />cerned on the cost of paving lots for the small business man which could cause a hardship.
