<br /> "Please attend a special called meeting of the City Council to be held in the City
<br />Council/City Manager Conference Room, 6th floor of City Hall, 801 Crawf0rd Street, at 4:30 p.l
<br />on Tuesday, January 3, 1984, for the purpose of considering a motion to go into an executive
<br />session to discuss the following:

<br />(1) Consultation and Briefing on
<br /> Legal Matters including
<br /> Contracts & Litigation
<br />(2) Personnel Matter
<br />
<br />By order of the Mayor."

<br /> Motion of Mr. Whitlow and seconded by Mr. Gray, to go into an executive session, and was
