L~ Hanbury, CityeManager, <br /> <br />84--102 ~ The following ~ for the meeting was read: <br /> <br /> "Please attend a called meeting of the City Council <br />6th floor of City Hall, 801 Crawford Street, at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, <br />consideration of a motion to go into an executive session to discuss <br /> <br />(1) Use, Sale, or Acquisition pf Public Property <br />(2) Consultation and Briefing bn Legal Matters <br /> including Contracts and Litigation <br />(3) A Personnel Matter <br />(4) Boards and Commissions <br /> <br />to be held in the Council Chamber, <br /> MarCh 27, 1984, for the <br /> the following: <br /> <br />By order of the Mayor." <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Gray and seconded by Mr. Barnes, to go into an executive session, and was <br />adopted by unanimous vote. <br /> <br />On motion meeting adjourned. <br />APPROVED -~ <br /> <br /> <br />
