Holley, III, Norton V. Whitlow, <br /> Hanbury, City Manager, Steven Lieberman, City Attorney. <br /> <br /> Absent: Ben A. Beamer, Sr., J. Robert Gray, Gloria O. Webb. <br /> <br /> The Mayor called the meeting to order. <br /> <br /> 84-131 - The following call for the meeting was read: <br /> <br /> "Please attend a called meeting of the City Council to be held in <br />floor of City Hall, 801 Crawford Street, at 2:30.p.m. on Tuesday, April <br />work session on the IgVI4~B5 Operating Budget. <br /> <br /> The Council may~choose, to go into an executive session upon the <br />the conclusion of the public work session. <br /> <br /> By order of the Mayor." <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Barnes and seconded hy Mr. Holley, to hold a public <br />adopted by ~O'~te~ ~-~ <br /> <br /> ¥ice Mayor Beamer~ J.
