Hanbury, City Manager, <br />City Attorney. <br /> <br />Absent: Jack P. Barnes, James W. Holley, III <br /> <br />on Tuesday, May 15, 1984, there were presenl <br /> <br /> Gloria O. Webb, <br /> Steven Lieberman~? <br /> <br />84-168 The following call for the meeting was read: <br /> <br /> "Please attend a called meeting of the City Council to be held in the Council Chamber, 61 <br />floor of City Hall, 801 Crawford Street, at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 1S, 1984, for the con- <br />sideration of a motion to go into an executive session to discuss the following: <br /> <br />(1) Use, Sale, or Acquisition of <br /> Public Property <br />(2) Consultation and Briefing on <br /> Legal Matters including <br /> Contracts and Litigation <br /> (S) A Personnel Matter <br />(4) Boards and Commissions <br /> <br />By order of the Mayor." <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Whitlow and seconded by Mr. Beamer, to go into an executive session, and <br />was adopted by unanimous vote. <br /> <br />On motion meeting adjourned. <br />APPROVED -~ <br /> <br />Councilman Holley arrived at 4:25 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br />
