Overton who resigned. <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Barnes and seconded by Mr. Gray, <br />further nominations, the above members were elected <br />and was adopted by unanimous vote. <br /> <br />close nominations and there being <br />the desdgnated Boards. Brewer Moore, 308 Bobby Jones Drive, spoke regarding nne retirement system. <br />He stated his luestmons about the retirement nas not been answered and he suggested a once <br />only committee to revmew the retirement program. <br /> <br /> 84-183 - Motion of Mr. Gray and seconded by Mrs. ~gebb to go into an executive session <br />to discuss the following, and was adopted by unanimous vote: <br /> <br />(1) Use, Sale, or Acquisition of <br /> Public Property <br />(2) Consultation and Briefing on <br /> Legal Matters including <br /> Contracts and Litigation <br /> (3) A Personnel Matter <br />(4) Boards and Commissions. <br /> <br />On mo~ion meeting adjourned. <br /> <br />APPROVED ~ <br /> <br /> <br />
