Fish, Gomley Chesed Congregation, opened the meeting with prayer, followe <br />by the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />Mayor Holley welcomed all visitors in attendance. <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Gray and seconded by Mrs. Webb, minutes of the called meeting or-June 26, <br />1984; minutes of the regular meeting of June 26, 1984; and minutes of the regular meeting of <br />July 2, 1984, to be approved as received, and was adopted by unanimous vote. <br /> <br />84-242 - Public Hearing on rezoning and use permit applications, and a proposed amend- <br /> ment to the Northside Redevelopment Project: <br /> <br />Zoning Petition Z 84-8 <br />Portion A <br /> <br />Rezoning application of the City Planning Commission, <br />by Thomas F.
