Webb, Morton V. ~[hitlow, George <br />Lieberman, City Attorney. <br /> <br />J. Robert Gray, L. Louise Lucas, <br />L. Hanbury, City Manaeer, Steven <br /> <br />Absent: Ben A. Beamer, Sr. <br /> <br />84-259 - The following call for the meeting ~as read: <br /> <br /> "Please <br />6th floor of <br />the consideration of a motion to go into an executive <br /> <br />attend a called meeting of the City Council to be held in the Council Chambgr, <br />City Hall, 801 C~awford Street, at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 24, 1984, for <br /> session to discuss the following: <br /> <br />(1) Use, Sale, or Acquisition of <br /> Public Property <br />Consultation and Briefing on <br /> Legal Matters including <br /> Contracts and Litigation <br /> (3) A Personnel Matter <br />(4) Boards and Commissions <br /> <br />By order of the Mayor." <br /> <br /> Motion of Mrs. Webb and seconded by Mr. ]fhitlow, to go into an executive session, and was <br />adopted by unanimous vote. <br /> <br />On motion meeting adjourned. <br />APPROVED ~ ~ <br /> <br /> <br />
