<br /> "The Number One Fire Station located on Effingham S~reet is presently heated by several
<br />types of heating systems, all of which require a great deal of maintenance and operate very
<br />inefficiently.. The air conditioning system is composed of a wide variety of components accum-
<br />ulated over the years and contributes to the operational problems. The proposed improvements
<br /> in a two-phase project to be completed by Spring of 1985.
